    Loving it!!

    Have to say only just over a week in, but loving slimming world!!!!
    I am eating more than ever, the food is gorgeous and already feeling my work uniform feeling looser!!! Very optimistic about the future!!! Xx

    Think I'm getting there- they said at the group you have to treat it as a hobby and I think that's pretty good advice- lots of planning and menu searching involved lol x good luck with it too cheeky

    I know it's hard with eating, I used to be the same as I never had big meals but I did graze during the day.

    I'm now trying to have 3 big meals and only snack during the day if I'm hungry. I always try to keep my syns back for the evening.

    So far it's working and I do find I'm eating more and better

    I always keep my Syns till evening as I have them with my main meal most of the time . Or the occasional chocolate lol x
