Hi guys, welcome to the new quarterly challenge thread!

This challenge will be running from the 1st January 2015 until the 31st March 2015, everyone weighs in weekly and posts their results here. The results will then get added to a spreadsheet to help you track your progress.

Anyone can take part, if you wish to be included please post your name and the amount of weigt you'd like to lose over the next 3 months e.g BlueCow - 20lb.
January Week 1 weigh in results will be due between the first and 7th of January.:thankyou:
 
I'm in, and thanks to BlueCow for setting this up and offering to continue with the spreadsheet. It will be a great help in keeping on track and I'll set myself the target of losing 21 lbs between 1st January and 31st March 2015. So....

I'll definitely be joining and will post my target when I know the damage I'll have done over Christmas/New Year cos hopefully that'll disappear quicker than the flab that's been hanging around a while!! xx
 
I'm in! I'll say 14lb please... I think First week will be a holiday though because we weighing tues 30th dec then Thursday 8th jan?
