Hey guys!
So I've just sold my soul to the devil and signed up to do a 5K run in September.
My first day in the gym is this afternoon and I have no clue where to start.... Can anyone give me any pointers/tips on how to start exercise plan. Was thinking starting on bike & treadmill for half an hr a day and gradually build up.
