Because mine have gone to heaven!!!

To be fair they were great - Weigh Watchers body Analyser thingy bobs and I stood on them every day (yes I know thats bad blah blah blah but It suited ME) until my lovely 3yr old son accidently pee'd on them (I keep them by the loo) so I tried drying them, spent a fiver on batteries but no avail - They have gone!!!

What we using to track our weight these days ladies????????????????

I have the Aria scales that link with my Fitbit account via wi-fi, and also to my myfitnesspal account (so my ticker updates automatically, clever or what!). These are by far the most accurate scales I've ever owned - getting on them three times produces three identical results, so very unlike the WW scales I had before! They're quite expensive but oh so worth it for me. HTH...

I have some weight watchers ones but they're really sensitive to uneven floors. I daren't move them from where they are now otherwise I'm not going to get accurate readings. Following this thread with interest as may want to get ones that are more reliable.

Got too order some this week, will see what's about money wise, agree about the ww ones though, daren't move them off a certain bathroom tile or I'd be 4 lbs heavier!

I use the WW ones too, and I get the same result as SlimmingKitchen, only 0.5lbs out usually. I have had these for many years though and I think they're getting a little tired! I did consider buying the Aria scales as I've also got a Fitbit, but just can't afford them yet :)

I have the Fitbit Aria scales, as well, though I'm not so keen now they won't sync with Apple's health kit stuff on my iPhone. I have to use MyFitnessPal to do the syncing.

I have some WW ones (the ones that also analyse body fat, BMI, etc.) and it's reassuring to read some of your replies. We've got a very small bathroom with a limited number of level tiles, so whenever I have a shower, I have to move the scales to the other end of the bathroom. Was feeling a little disheartened last night after a good WI result and then seemingly gaining two pounds out of nowhere! I really shouldn't constantly weigh myself at home (I've become a bit obsessive as it's only my 2nd week!).

I've got the Withings wifi ones - they are a bit like fitbit aria i think - they sync with MFP and Jawbone etc. they are very accurate and work on carpet, which is a plus.

I weigh in at group but used to be a serial weigher so I throw my scales out the window (no the greatest idea when I had to clean it up) but was tye best thing I done so now I just wait for group x

Oh dear - my new scales are way out! Weighed as I was leaving (quite disspaointed with what they said) got to class and I was 4.5lbs lighter!

Ah, but maybe it's the class scales that are way out - it's a bit like wearing two watches, you never know what the real time is :)

Well I think 2.5lbs is awesome - go you!!!! Who needs their own stoopid bloody scales anyway...

Although your weigh in didn't match the SW scales, you'll still be able to track the losses... Try weighing just before you go to class next time, and see if the loss is the same. You'll probably find that although your scales say you weigh more, the loss difference should still be the same :)
I joined into a 'weigh in' club at work (we just weigh for fun and go out for a meal at the end of the year :)) and although the scales say I weigh different to the SW ones, the loss is the same :)

I know what's wrong now. The scales I bought should be left flat, they calibrate every time I put them up right to store, for example this morning, first stand 8.12, second half an he later after a coffee, 8.9, shame really, I've no where to keep them flat all the time!

I finally bought new scales today after my flatmate (who has been trying to eat more healthily) came into the kitchen and said "Well, the diet's working - according to your scales I weigh four pounds two ounces!". I just got basic digital scales in Tesco. I just weighed myself and the number was in the ballpark of my last SW weigh-in, so I shall weigh myself just before I go to group next week and see what the difference is, then I will have a reference point for the future.
