Spinning???

Ust got myself a new pro racer exercise bike, i have got some virtual cycling dvds , ie cycling through the alps , but thinking of progressing to have a go at spinning , anyone tried it , and could rec a good dvd,, many thanks x

I have tried a few spinning classes in the past, but you dont a dvd for it just get a timer and do some HIT training it seems to be working for me!

Im also starting DDPYOGA as well
