now to be 95kg by 5/9/12- My Birthday
98.6kg on 3/8/2
97.8kg on 10/8/12
Short term goals for August
1. To listen to my pods daily.
2. To make sure that I don't lie on the couch all the time and get some exercise in by walking or whatever at least 5 days out of 7.
3. To think consciously about everything I put in my mouth and no more than 2 days off plan this month. (one day off plan gone...)

Does anyone have a size 16 dress they fancy lending me suitable for Ascot? I have one, and I really hope I will have lost the 7lbs to get into it comfortably by the 22nd June, but I desperately need a back up plan!
Have fairly decent legs for a not so slim grl, so am happy with Knee length, it needs to have straps though as am in the grandstand and no strapless dresses are allowed (boo hiss!).
It needs to go with silver accessories cos I have already bought them

All the following are from Ann Harvey and are size 24 - but owing to generous sizing, they are worth a 26 of anyone else's money!
Item 1 - black formal jacket, polyester/viscose, lined
Item 2 - chocolate brown/tan cowl neck sweater, acrylic
Item 3 - aqua coloured 3/4 length sleeve cotton top with ruched front - it's greener than it looks in the picture
