Any slimmers in Turkey??

Hi, I live an hour away from Marmaris in a small place called Datca, finding it difficult to buy stuff like quark, fromage frais and anything light or lowfat here, how are you getting on

Hiya Turkishgal, yes there is a limited amount of SW choice here isnt there! As for low fat, I tend to stick to Low fat natural yoghurt, light cheese triangles, skimmed milk...I brought fry lite over from the UK. Never seen quark. But Carrefour sell soya meat in different styles. I stick to Green days, and find the amazingly fresh fruit and veg here makes it easier.
I buy weetabix from a local english supermarket but I do pay 12 lira for these which is quite pricey I think.
Do you have any recipes using what we have here? Love to hear from you. I live in Altinkum BTW!

Hi Im in Turkey and have just joined the forum. Started SW again this week after losing 5kgs last year on it. Be great if anyones got any tips and ideas to share.
