Just wanted to check if there was any South Africans about and if they have any tips on following SW in South Africa.

Do any of you know wether biltong is allowed as free, if it is made from fat free meat?

Biltong is not syn free. You have to syn it using the syn calculater for each brand, as they use brown sugar in the curing process. Each brand use their own recipe.
