Hiya, I'm in HK as well, hope your weight loss journey is going well. I need to get back on the wagon after Chinese New Year break!
My November challenges:
No-lift November - stairs only!
4 gym sessions per week
100% on plan every day for 30 days
I was in HK until August last year and did attempt to follow SW online from there at one point but since Muller Lights are such an integral part of my SW day I was a bit stuckAlso I do find the group sessions are the best motivation for me, knowing my progress will be reviewed a bit like having your homework marked in front of the class
