    Started my slimming world journey last week and had my first weigh in today - lost 4ibs - ah well, only another 45 to go
    Would like to hear from anyone else in Hongkers.

    I was in HK until August last year and did attempt to follow SW online from there at one point but since Muller Lights are such an integral part of my SW day I was a bit stuck Also I do find the group sessions are the best motivation for me, knowing my progress will be reviewed a bit like having your homework marked in front of the class How are you finding following it from over there?
