Hi There

I've being living in France for just over 3 years now, and unfortunately the weight has crept on, even though I seem to have been on the go renovating our home...yes a barn conversion. Anyway I am embarking on the slimming world diet again, and although I can get a lot of produce over here in France, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or had tried any French products that have a low syn value or can be classed as Healthy Extras.
