Hey!

I'm off to Germany next week and am after some advice on Healthy Extras/ free foods please! As well as any groups that anyone knows of as I think i'd find this really helpful! I'll be near frankfurt in Walldorf and this is my second time of doing SW have lost 13.5 pounds in about 7-8 weeks so far and really don't want to put it all back on again. Any advice would be much appreciated :')
