Hi I live in County Kerry and we are finally getting a SW class in our area next week.
Did Lipotrim last week but it made me feel sick and didnt get fast enough results.
Been doing Atkins this week which I love. Thinking of doing red days (i was in SW in UK yrs ago and vaguely remember)
Dont think Ill do the flexi one cos if its flexi I tend to go off track
Any advice / friends / info greatly received!
