I'm just starting again, moved to Adelaide last year and piled on the lbs...

Is there anyone in Adelaide following the plan? Would love to hear from you

I've lost 4lbs in 3 weeks and struggling with patience, my old consultant is in contact on facebook but it would be great to chat with another ex-pat going through the same as me.

Just joined this site, I'm in Adelaide and thinking of starting Slimming World, been here 23 years from Scotland lots of rellies have had great results, I did try it online and got results but I'm good at starting!
