    Canadian/US healthy extras?

Hi! I was wondering if you could help me, I'm a UK slimming world member, but my local supermarket (happily!) sells Kashi cereal, which frankly is my favourite cereal ever! As it has *really* high fibre and protein I am really hopeful that they will also qualify as healthy extras, would anyone be able to confirm this for me please? I've compared the cereals to HiFi bars and the calories are comparable per serving, and the fibre and protein is higher, which leads me to think that they should be a HEXB choice, but could anyone in the US or Canada check this out for me please?
    Many thanks!
    Kiri

Isn't it something like cereal must have 14g fibre per 100g to qualify as a Hexb? Xx

Thanks for your replies I have searched, but unfortunately the only posts on here that mention it are from 2011. Is it 14g fibre per 100g? If so, it's well above that! I hope it is

I don't think I can look at anyone's diaries or anything as I've only got 6 posts at the moment. Thanks though!

I'm sure I've read that in someone's diary- 14g per 100g- and it's a rule I tend to go by!
Ill ask in group tomo to confirm.
If you go in the off-topic section there are some games you can join in with to up your number of posts!
I find it invaluable reading others' diaries x

    Okie dokies.

I know some diaries you need 500 posts before you can subscribe to, but I thought some you didn't have that restriction

I found a link to her diaries, and it just told me that I wasn't allowed to look at it until I have 50 posts. Ah well, I will get there eventually!

    Thanks for your help though
