TARGET: 2lbs a WEEK
WEEK 1 : -6.8lbs
WEEK 2 : -1.6lbs (not quite the 2lb a week target..but YAY! I am now in the 12st bracket)
WEEK 3 : -2.6lb
WEEK 4 : STS remaining positive and still on track for 2st loss by Easter...
WEEK 5 : STS.Valentines Day was off plan....need a loss next week to not get to behind on target...Wishing myself luck going forward
WEEK 6 : -1.1 would have liked more of course. Feeling a difference in my clothing for sure
WEEK 7 : -0.7lbs a loss is a loss...scales are moving in the right direction
WEEK 8 : STS...had hoped to hit my 1st stone but proving difficult. Lets see if Week 9 is my lucky week
WEEK 9: +3.9
. I deserved it. Completely fell off the wagon
. Lost my 1st Stone....YAY...happy dance...
feeling Amazing...the 24hr stomach bug I believe played a big part
WEEK 12: NO WEIGH IN OFF PLAN BACK
WEEk 13: +3.5 after 2weeks off plan not so bad.
I have around 6 weeks for a holiday to Zimbabwe date not confirmed yet.
My goal is to loss 10lbs by then. That will have me in the 11s....
