    Living in spain and veggie

    As the title says I'm living in Spain and in my first wk of sw doing green days as I'm a veggie. Just seeing if anyone else is doing well with sw and any good shops to get sw friendly products. I'm in the murcia region xx

    Diet: SW (on my own with help from friends on Minis)
    Height: 1.69m
    Start Date: 10 Jan 2011 (2st lost 2007/8 - 2½ st in 2011 - ½ st in 2012 - ½ st GAIN in 2013)
    Start Weight: 105kg
    Current Weight: 76.7kg
    Goal Weight: 74.4kg
    Goal Date: A day at a time! And got there on 23/11/11

    Current BMI: 26.8
    Goal BMI: 26

    Total Weight Loss: 28.3kg

    Where abouts are you in Murcia? I live in Alicante province but we have an apartment in Los Alcázares.

    Interim Target 74.4 - Should be 1.4 kg either way


    I want to get back to target! And I keep messing up!
    So I've reset everything (again, again) and this is what I want to achieve
    :

    START (7/7/14) - 79.4 Kg (12:7 - exactly 1 st over target )
    1. Get back to where I was at the start of the 2014 - 77.5 (12:2¾)
    - achieved 14/7/14
    . . . still clinging on end of 2014 with a few ups and downs
    PAH - up an downs all Jan/Feb/March but back under on 16/3/15

    New targets updated 1st April 2015
    2. Get back to Original target
    by 27/04/15 - 75.75 (11:13)
    3. Get back to Interim target
    by 01/06/15 - 74.4 (11:10)
    AND THEN HAVE A THINK ABOUT WHETHER I WANT TO GET BACK TO FINAL TARGET
    - 73.2 (11:7½)

    Hi I'm down mazarron way but regularly Pop to alicante airport I'm there Friday to drop a relative off. Do you struggle finding many of the free items
    Over here I just returned from the uk and filled my suitcase with quorn, batchlers rice , pasta and noddles and ah cous cous lol and also 8 packers of Babybel lights as asda had them on offer for 98p for 6 lol xx

    Hi - yes I find it hard to get the free stuff, but as I've only ever done SW whilst living in Spain I just ignore them.
    I try to cook everything from scratch and not rely on instant things.
    I can get Babybel lights in Carrefour, quorn in Iceland, cous cous in Mercadona.
    I do most of the shopping in Mercadona and find that I can get what I need.
    Just the odd trip to Iceland for NAS squash, light mayo and quorn.
