    My sw pregnancy diary....

    Hey,

    I've just discovered this part of minimins :-) I've been on several different diets over the years and I eventually got to my target weight but going low carb and sugar free.
    I lost the majority of my weight was lost with slimming world though and I think this is the healthy way to go, to make sure I don't put on too much weight with this pregnancy.
    I'm only 7 weeks and this will be my 4th :O

    I'll be starting tomorrow as I don't have much in right now.

    Day 1, thinking a green day because the thought of meat makes me feel sick

    I seem to be going off different food on a daily basis, this is gonna be fun lol.

    A- whole milk
    A- 30g cheese
    B- 2 weetabix
    B-

    Breakfast...
    2 weetabix with whole milk and chopped banana

    Lunch...
    Sw quiche
    Pepper, mushrooms, onion, spring onions, baby new potatoes all covered with cottage cheese and egg mix with herbs. Topped with cheese.
    Spinach.



    Dinner...
    Fruit salad with fat free natural yogurt

    Really didnt fancy anything else to eat

    Not quite sure what the dating scan is?? I had an appointment with midwife at 8 weeks and she took blood and urine samples and we did LOADS of paperwork. Then in less than 2 weeks (I'll be 12weeks 5d) I get my first ultra sound, Down syndrome screening etc.
    I already heard the heartbeat so I'm feeling quite positive.

    Noticed on a post you said he thought of meat makes you feel sick.....I've been getting this a bit too! Especially chicken.

    The 12 week scan is usually called the dating scan because they use it to make sure your dates are correct.
    Aw I can't wait to have a scan.. the last 2 days I've had some bleeding so I really need to see if everything is ok.

    I seem to want carbs carbs carbs! Lol xx

    Made at home though and I barely ate a third cause it made me feel sick.

    Well.. it hasn't gone good on the foid front.. all I want is cake and custard :O
    I'm going to get my sw books out and read them like it's the first time again.. I don't want to have a ton of weight to get off after the baby!

    I had my scan yesterday and baby is fine :-)
    The pain and bleeding is caused by a large cyst on my ovary :O but that should sort itself out in time.

    So.. as of tomorrow I'll be following the Green plan, I'm not much of a meat eater lately and I love to have 2 HEXs

    You got a scan photo? I can't wait for mine. A week tomorrow for my first scan

    You think green will be easier to follow for you? I have tried about a year ago and found it quite good, I liked the extra Healthy Extras.
