    Pebbles bikini body pregnancy diary!

    Hi all here's a little about myself...

    I'm 20 years young and 5ft short. I had started to do slimming world from home but came to a holt! I decided to move over to weight watchers to see if I had any joy and I have! Then I go and get my BFP on Sunday!
    I had thought about asking my dr if it's ok to carry on doing ww if I add a few points on but as I haven't been able to get to the drs yet I've just decided to TRY and lose more on sw or maintain at least.
    I weighed 10st3lb when I started in the 2nd week of jan and am now at 9st8lb, I know during pregnancy I will put on weight but I have a holiday in May and I really want to feel comfortable in my bikini (as comfortable I can be at 17weeks anyway!)

    This will be my first bubba and I am very VERY nervous and superstitious, I had even thought about not creating a pregnancy diary as I feel I am tempting fate but to ensure the poppy seed is getting the nutrients it needs I need a balanced diet whilst doing so

    Any help, support and advice would be greatly appreciated as some lovely ladies have helped me a hell of a lot on my other diary!

    Ohhhh my god! I am sooooo tired today, I've rearranged my clothes drawers just for something to do to keep me awake! Think I must just cave in and have a half hour nap. Got knows how I'm gunna be in a few weeks time! I'll be like a bloody zombie lol. Praying I have a decent sleep tonight, I've actually got the weekend off thank god! Don't have anything planned for tomorrow so I'll be able to have naps throughout the day if I don't, then Sunday I've got my SILs birthday drinks, god knows how I'm gunna get away with that cos I'm usually the first one to get in the shot! I'm soooo gunna miss a nice glass of rosť and a vodka and coke

    Anyway, happy valentines to you lovely ladies. I hope you all got spoilt! I didn't . We agreed not to do presents again this year due to lack of money, but Jamie went to the shopping centre last night so I will be VERY upset if I don't even have a card when he gets home.

    Did you decide to stick with Slimming World? I think weight watchers is fine as when you are hungry you can fill up on fruit/veg etc but you need to make sure your getting enough calcium rich foods. You could do weight watchers with maintenance points?

    I'm going to try slimming world again, as it stopped working for me after a few weeks, if not I will do ww, what are maintenance points?

    Well it's just the propoint allowance you have when you are trying to maintain your weight. As you don't want to be having your usual points as it isn't enough food for you and baby.

    I hope you find slimming world works as I think it offers more variety in terms of free food etc

    Hi yes this is our first I'm going 2 start a diary on Monday purely because I'm not organised enough this wkend have 2 do a shop! Iv bn so tired as well actually slept in for work this morning! Also bn feeling slightly crampy but iv googled it all day & it's says it's normal, going 2 mention it 2 my doc on Monday anyway! Jst noticed ur mans name is Jamie so is mines lol I took clear blue digital test on wed night then another one thur mon & the indicators wks have went up so hopefully that's a gd sign! X
