Hi everyone,

I am 6 weeks pregnant today and so far feeling well. Last week I experienced morning sickness for the first time and thought i had a bug lol. It wasnt too bad over the weekend but it has come back again this morning. I really need to start and get my diet under control as I have been eating like a beast and extremely stupidly and greedy. I cant plan anything I am going to eat at all as it makes me feel worse so for the minute I am just eating as and when I can. I had warm water and 2 x ginger biscuits for breakfast this morning (5syns).
 
I have had bad days this week but overall my eating has improved. I weighed myself this morning and I was bang on 16 stone on my mum's scales so I dont know if I would be the same on my own. I have still had morning sickness all week and the only thing I seem to be able to have in the morning is bacon! So i have been having bacon sandwiches, bacon and egg etc. I feel so bloated already as if I have a big bump so im trying to exercise more this week to make myself look and feel a bit better. I went out for dinner on Wednesday night and made a complete pig of myself but I felt terrible all evening and all of that night so Im not planning a repeat performance. Im out for dinner on saturday night again to american diner style restaurant but im hoping that I will find a salad and chips appetising. I bought a prenatal pilates DVD this week which is really good and is helping me feel less stressed and more relaxed. My focus for this week is to make good choices and hopefully have 1lb off next week because I know I can do. I dont want to be this uncomfortable in my body so early on when there is no need to be :)
 
Hi big_Mamma, I know it's an old post but just wondering how you are getting on these days. I'm 12 weeks at the minute and was so nauseous all day long I just ate what I could when I could, mostly junk. Now that the sickness has passed hoping to get back on track as I've put on 7lbs already.
