Hello All!

I currently weigh 13st6lbs. In the ideal work I wand to be 10st or just under.

So need to get rid of a lot of pounds.

I would say 1stone is from pregnancy the rest had just been following me like a bad smell.

I live is Switzerland and there's no SW here. Was in UK for Xmas and mum gave me her old books.

I had my baby girl 12 weeks ago today. I am enjoying every minute of motherhood and exclusively breastfeeding too.

Today I completed my first full day and feeling good about it.

I would truly appreciate support from others through my journey and also look forward to support and marveling at others amazing success.

Starting weight 13st 6lbs. 1st goal is to be in the 12st bracket.

Day 1.

BREAKIE

35g oats porridge (HE b)
1 Banana
WW yogurt (5syns)
250mk semi skimmed milk (HE a)

LUNCH

2eggs
Rice
Soy sauce
Pear
Kiwi

Dinner
Spaghetti Bol

SNACKS
2 x Ryvita (HE b)
Philadelphia light 70g ( HE a)
Special K cereal bar ( 5syns)

Your diary looks good to me!! The extra hex's when breast feeding are a bonus!
i lost my baby weight after both my girls using SW and am pregnant with my 3rd - trying to stick to SW throughout the pregnancy this time.

HE are defo a bonus yesterday it find myself eating them just cos I had too.

Congratulations on your pregnancy....everything going well? How far gone are you?
 
I have only just started, but really wish I had thought of joining when I first had my little boy and took advantage of the extra calories burned from breastfeeding.
Congrats on the exclusive bf btw, I'm still bf now at 2 years so hoping I will loose a few extra pounds as I am doing the plan as though I'm not bf now he is older
 
You have started bubblesk and that what count.

I've heard of SW but never every though to give it ago...so glad its there to accommodate BF and Pregnancy.

I have 2 years to loss the weight, i want to be a healthy BMI for my next pregnancy which we would ideally want in two years time.

Wishing you all the best bubblesk...hopefully we can keep up with each others progress

Lunch

Left over Spaghetti Bol
1mini babybel light (HE a)
Pear & Kiwi

Dinner

Roast chicken
Couscous
Peppers, courgettes,onions
Philadelphia light 70g (HE a)

Snack

1 Digestive (3.5 syns)
2 x Weetabix (HE b)

Another day done and enjoyed it too.

Lunch: Pancake made made of: 1 Banana, 2x eggs,Vanilla essence with Pear,Kiwi & Raspebberies, 1tsp oil 1syn
Fat free natural yogurt

Dinner: Turkey Curry, Brown Rice, Cabbage & Peas in Philadelphia ,1tsp oil 1syn
Snacks: 1 Babybel (HEA), 3x Weetabix (HEB), Kellogg's cereal bar 4.5syns

yeah it was. I made mine with one banana two eggs and milk next time I think I will just use one egg or a bigger banana as some bites were a lil eggy.

Breakfast

Lunch
Pasta with Turkey slices,peas, mixed with Philadelphia Cheese (HEA)

Dinner (Was soooo tasty)
Sweet-potato and red lentil curry....yum yum
A lil Rice
Pork medallions (made in pressure cooker) soft and yummy

Hubby enjoyed it too enough for him to take to work for lunch and my lunch too...best part is I only used 1TSP OLIVE OIL so i say 1syn per portion the rest is free

Snacks: 2 x Weetabix HEB

TOTAL

2 x HEA
2 x HEB
5 syns so far but maybe 5 more to come....may enjoy a kellogs bar with my evening green tea
 
DAY 5 (already)

Today has been okay...however truly struggling to use all my HE not because i dont want them just because i dont feel hungry.

Breakfast: 35g Porridge(HEB),250ml milk(HEA),Raspberries,Blackberried, WW Yogurt (4 Syns)

Lunch: Leftover Sweet potato and red lentil curry(free) with 2 x Ryvita (1/2 HEB)

Dinner: Chicken Meatballs, Passata, Courgettes, Peppers,Garlic (one teaspon of Olive Oil used) 0.5Syns per serving. grated 2 mini light babybel on top

Snacks: 4 x Maria Biscuits (8 Syns) there not as big as rich tea but given them 2 syns eat like Rich tea biscuits

Total

HEA: 2
HEB: 1 and half but will have a weetabix and a cuppa before bed.
SYNS: 12.5

So not a bad day all in all

2 DAYS to weigh in to see if, all is working.

We are looking to visit the UK for Easter so got about 10/11 weeks.

My goal is to lose 2lbs a week so that would be a loss of 22/24lbs.....That would be soooo awesome....

Congratulations on your lil one...4 weeks so tiny.....

Baby boy/Baby Girl? First baby? How has it been for you so far?

Oh we are about the same weight and same goal too..I would love to be 10st I dont remember ever weighing that.
I am finding SW great and like a very normal food just being more aware what i put in my mouth.

Looking forward to reading about all the pounds dropping off :)

Your mornings will get better.

My breakfast is normally porridge oats which i leave to cook alone on a low heat while i get LO washed and dressed. Then i feed her while i eat at the same time...hehe

My WI is Monday...looking forward to it.

I did have a sneak peek on the 2nd day to make sure the sclaes were moving in the right direction. then I had to hide the scales from myself otherwise I would be on them every day
 
Some people find it helps to weigh daily. I struggle with it cuz if it shows a loss then I start cheating and then am disappointed when I get to group and have a gain instead.

Plus you never know if your scales will be the same as the ones at group so it might show a gain when actually at group you will have lost

DAY 6

It was a not so great day...Started of well till my husbands friend invited us for dinner and we could say "No". Nice to see people but dont like not being in control of what i put in my mouth in regards to the ingredients.

Breakfast: 35g Porridge(HEB), Raspberries, Blackberries, Fat free natural yogurt, 250 SS Milk (HEA)

Lunch: Leftover Chicken meatball, 2xRyvitta (HEB), 100g cottage cheese (0.5 SYNS)

Snacks: 1 x Weetabix, 3 x Rich Tea biscuits (6 syns)

Dinner: Rice, Veal, Mushrooms, Cucumbers
The veal and mushroom were in a unknown sauce.... so i give it a guess 10syns...

I didn't eat much at the dinner having said so i wasn't really hungry either so worked in my favor....just hope the unknown ingredients don't work against me :-(

I was proud of myself, I am a big sweet tooth. There was dessert at the dinner and i dint batter a eyelid.
