Hi There

Im 23 weeks and have kept up my exercise regime of 2 or 3 spinning classes and 2 body pump classes per week. I was pretty close to target when I got pregnant so am expecting to gain 2 and a half stone which is absolutely fine with me as I gained 4.5st and 4st respectively with my girls - I lost it all again through SW but would be nice to not have to lose as much this time! Most of us are on the pregnancy buddy thread, I post my food diary on there most days - are you going to post your food up? if so I will be having a peek xx

Hi missy! Yay its good to know i should be able to carry on iv just been jogging, swimming and 1 or 2 toning days a week. Have u still been weighing yourself each week? Ooo il have to take a peek! Chicken (1) pasta veg & mayo (2)
Grapes & bran flakes ( B )

I'll walk the dog for a bit later for my exercise then im not sure about tea i struggle for ideas maybe an omellete or some low fat super noodles depending on the hunger :)

R u up to anything nice today missy xx

Got a bit of a shock when i weighed myself yesterday iv gained 6 lbs in 2 weeks, im now 16 weeks 5 days so i suppose the weight was always going to come at once. Iv lost a lot muscle though so iv gained a lot more than 6lbs of fat.

Mon 9.10 Red day

Toast (B & 2)
Banana
Ham, 3 tbs coldsaw (6) & cheese (A) salad
Bran flakes ( B ) & grapes
40 min swim: 40 lengths
Homemade chicken veg curry
2 pink n whites (5) 2 hifis (6), 3 oreos (7.5)

= 26.5 syns i felt discusting after my bedtime binge it looks like my sweet tooth is back with vengance... have to be extra good on syns today....

6lbs at 16 weeks is great hun, I always pack it on from 20 weeks. It's tough seeing the scale go up each week but it's part of being pregnant, as long as you keep fit and healthy it will come off afterwards xx

I'm feeling great! Did my spin class this morn but it was a killer - 800
calories died!! Normally it's around 500 for a 45 min class!!
its funny because I keep thinking I want to be 30 weeks, but then I think how much stuff I have to buy and how much decorating we have to do before baby comes, then I'm quite happy with being 24 weeks lol
im just enjoying the energy whilst it lasts, I know in 10 weeks time I will be most likely shattered the whole time and struggling to drag my backside to the gym xx

Hi! I am not currently pregnant (my baby is almost 7 months - eek!) but thought my experience might be useful. I followed SW while expecting and gained 15 lbs in total. My little man was nearly 9 lbs and all the baby weight was gone by the time he was 10 days old with zero effort on my part (i.e. I was too exhausted to diet). Couldn't recommend SW during pregnancy highly enough.

Hi everyone iv not posted for a while iv been really ill living off dry toast and energy drinks the only thing to keep my stomach settled.
Im now 19 weeks, weigh 9.10 (6lbs gain from starting weight 9.4). Going to give it another go from today, although iv already arranged a nandos later with my old friend so not a good start! Will get back to exercise tomorrow hopefully.
Hi thedietdoll, wow 15lbs is hardly anything overall! Did u stick to ee the whole time? X

I did yes and I certainly didn't do it 100% the entirety of the pregnancy like I had a day "off" as such once a week. Following SW keeps the weight gain minimal and is great because you can still eat loads. Hope you're feeling better soon I had terrible nausea for a lot of my pregnancy x
