    thought id post this recepie
    chunky tomato soup

    fry light
    1 onion finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves
    400g can chopped tomatoes
    300ml passatta,
    300 ml vegtable stock
    1 tablespoon worchester sauce
    ground black pepper

1-spray a large saucepan with fry light ,add onion and garlic untill softened
2-add chopped tomatoes passatta stock worcestershire sauce and bring to boil.reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
    blend with blender
you can add low fat plain fromais frais when served to make it a bit creamier but personally i think its better without

You can add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice and a few chillies to spice it up too. Lovely with a dollop of ff fromage frais

oooh chillies that sounds good.i did put 2 tbsp of worcester sauce last time and that gave this an extra kick . nice. but i do miss a great big hunk of crispy bread and butter to dip in it though.
