Thanks for all the ideas. I thought it would be useful to just summarise them all in a list, below.
OK, that's my lunch sorted for tomorrow. What about the rest of the week?

- Carrot batons
- Jacket potatoes with tuna, cottage cheese, ham or other free fillings.
- Pasta salad
- light supernoodles
- Asda pitta bread (1 HEx B)
- Quiche
- Mullerlight yogurt
- Savory rice
- Mug shots (very lovely)
- chilli con carne and veggies
- Tandoori chicken and rice
- chicken breast and tikka powder with cous cous and veggies
- syn-free soup with potatoes.
