I like to mix quark with grated cheese and put that on top of the cooked cauli and whack it in the oven till it all melts

The full fat version is made with white sauce and cheese x

I have this SW Recipe but it is high syns - 7.5 per serving:

    28g flour
    1.2 pint veg stock
    4oz grated cheese
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    2 tbsp flat leaf parsley
    salt & pepper

whisk the flour into the stock, pour into a small pan & cook until thickened, stir in the cheese & continue to cook until melted, add the dijon mustard & parsley, season to taste & serve.

This is actually a cheese sauce recipe but it should work ok.

I have this recipe in the SW little book of sauces - you use the cheese as your healthy extra and then it is 1.5 syns. The recipe serves 4 and I use it for cauliflower cheese

Aldi do a frozen cauli cheese, and it is absolutely lovely. It's 3.5 syns for a quater of the pack, which is a really generous amount. Highly recommend it.
