    Soup recipe

    Can someone help me with a recipe for a soup - i read it on here a while ago and now from memory i think i have all the ingredients and i want to make it i cant find it! It has a tin of beans, tin of lentils etc in it. I think it was supposed to help with good weight losses. thanx so much
