I have no idea with tonight's meal. No point asking hubby, he just shrugs and says "I dunno, what do YOU want?" lol!
I had a gorge lunch though, it was pan fried garlic shrimp with onions and soy sauce, broccoli, mixed veg and rice. So easy and syn free. Can't beat that now lol. It will probably be SW spag bol tonight bulked up with lots of veg.

Slimming World isn't about counting calories hun. If you've had all your syns for today - or all your syns for the week today! - just draw a line under it and start fresh.

I had a salad - it's just what I fancied after a couple of evenings of big meals. Organic pea shoots, rocket, raspberries and blueberries topped with a slice of ham cut into strips and a small chunk of wensleydale. Enjoyed every bit of it. Going to have Tulsi tea now as have heard it's great for winding down before bed.

Still eat Hun. You get 105 a week. Have something using free and super free foods only. You don't need to starve just cos you used syns.

Just so you know boots do a bag of salted popcorn and its less than 5 syns and lush so you could always get one of those to take next time.

You've got to remember slimming world is a life change and in life there's going to be birthdays , weddings, special occasions etc where you are gonna be naughty x
