    It's not no. Looked on here for one. It's made with chicken stock, light soy sauce, tom puree, balsmatic vinegar, tin of pineapple and some fresh orange juice. Added onions, peppers and garlic to it. It's got some syns in but its so so good! And sticky didn't fancy the diet fanta as I'm not keen on the taste of the drinks x

    Ah awesome! Cheers for that, think I'll make up a batch of it. I tried the fanta one and it looked nothing like that! Tasted ok... But not great xx

    It's def worth the syns, really fresh tasting too. Added peas and those green things at the end. I've just been told I'm making it on Wednesday too! Haha xx

    Just found what I followed. I doubled the ingredients (except pineapple only used 1 small tin added about 50ml of fresh orange juice to make it go further.

    "serves 4 1.5 syns per serving. 113g pinapple chunks in juice 5tbsp stock made with chicken bovril 2tbsp soy sauce 1tbsp wine vinegar 1tsp artificial sweetner 1 lvl tbsp tomato puree 2tbsp diced red pepper 2 level tsp cornflour s+p

    drain pineapple reserving juice. put juice in pan with stock, soy, vinegar, orange juice, sweetner, pepper and tom puree.

    bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix cornflour with 2 teaspoons of water until smooth and stir into the sauce. heat gently until thickeneed.

    cut pineapple into small chunks and add to sauce, and s+p to taste."
