Me and my friend started slimming world yesterday so am on day 1 of our diet. Im writting this for my friend just for a bit of advice really or any recipies would be great.
Basicly she is a vegeterian but she doesnt eat vegetables, your probably thinking well what the hell does she eat, i thought the same to begin with lol. She eats things like quorn, pasta, potatoes, cheese etc.
She finds the first few weeks ok on the diet but then she start to struggle which is understandable because shes eating carbs and stuff but no veg to burn it off. She its the occasional bit of fruit such as bannanas.
Any body know any1 like this or has a similar eating pattern please let me know. thanks
