Does anyone know if you can substitute any of the ingredients as your Hex's?

Hi folks the chocci one is nice with silken tofu on top in an old thread is states that if you eat the whole thing during the day then you can count six of the syns as a HEB is that right (dont think i could but interested as that makes it 5.5 for the whole cake.
