    Cheese & Onion Mini Quiches

    ♥ Cheese & Onion Mini Quiches ♥

    They work out at 0.5 syns per quiche


    Ingredients:
    112g Kerry Low Low Full Flavoured Mature Cheddar Spread (this is 3 syns per 28g)
    250g of low fat cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    1 red onion
    2 spring onions
    Salt & pepper
    Garlic granules

    Method:
    Melt the Kerry Low low cheese spread in the microwave for 40 seconds.
    Add the 3 eggs & cottage cheese to a mixing bowl, chop up the onions and mix altogether.
    Add the melted cheese, mix well & season.
    Add some garlic granules for extra flavour.
    Cook on gas mark 6 for around 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

    DELICIOUS!

    Where did you get the cheese spread from? I can't seem to find it in the online supermarkets I use.

    Week 10 loss - missed weigh in due to work shifts - raging as ive fell off the wagon !
    week 11 loss - 2lbs ON !!!!!

    5 Stone to lose , 1 & 1/2 down = 3 & 1/2 stone to lose

    Goal 1 - last a day - done / week - done / month - done
    Goal 2 - lose 2 stone by 14th Oct - awe well , 2lbs short , might make it this week........
    Goal 3 - lost 3 stone by 11th Nov
    Goal 4 Buy a Lipsy Dress - Done
    Goal 5 - Buy Wellies that can fit up my leg without cutting off the circulation to my toes!

    Just made this but as a big quiche! Was sooooooooo yummy. :-)
    1 stone lost through calorie counting from January 2014 to July 2014.
    Shaking things up a little following slimming world to lose the final 8lbs.
    Goal date 20th December 2014.
