whats your meal plans for the week??

i am finding it much easier to follow the plan if i have a set menu for the week ahead... i have a pretty good idea of what im going to eat for most of the week...

we usually do our big shop on a tuesday so mondays tend to be the "whatevers left!" meal but for most of the week im pretty clued up on what im having..
does anyone else do meal plans...

    for this week mine is

monday - sausage casserole (red day)
tuesday - sw grill up! (red day)
wednesday - chicken stirfry (green day)
thursday - couscous salad crackerbreads and hummus (green day)
friday - qourn spaghetti bolognese (green day)
saturday - warburtons wrap pizza with wedges (green day)
sunday - lamb roast (red day)

so does anyone else want to share theirs!!

I really must get back to proper meal planning for the week ahead, but finding it more difficult now it's just me. Really don't feel like spending much time cooking when there is only me to feed - plus don't have much room in the freezer yet to do any batch cooking.

Might occupy myself at the weekend by doing some batch cooking - thinking about it, I'll need to use up some of the stuff from the freezer for the batch cooking, so will free up some room in there for my home made ready meals!

Spag bol, lasagne, chilli (though ex used to make the best chilli so maybe not!), something with pork mince, quiche to use up some of the salmon fillets... hmmm, proper meals for the next couple of weeks then
