Well I've just made these to go with my broccoli and Stilton soup and it's made my weekend! Thank you do much! I love this site!
I made these the other day but instead of using plain smash i used the cheddar and onion one they were to die for totally scrummy!
I managed to get 8 good sized ones from this recipe!

02/01/11 start again!! Have already lost over 5 stone!! BMI start = 28.5 2011
BMI start for 2012 = 28.1, healthy BMI = 25.0 (10st 10lb)
01/01/12 = too much wagon falling
12st 1lb = 28.1 BMI
Jan - lost 7lb (BMI = 27.0)
Feb - gained 5lb (BMI = 27.8)
March - gained 1lb (BMI = 28)

Cheese scones
300g chive and onion cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to season.
2 eggs.
100g instant mash (dried powder form)
Frylight.
Whizz the cottage cheese with a hand blender, season and whizz in the 2 eggs.
Stir in the instant mash powder to make a dough like consistency.
Separate into balls and flatten.
Put in an oven tray and frylight for 20 mins.
Voila!
I made these on Saturday with 3 eggs and put a bit of mustard powder in and my goodness they were gorgeous. I had made them before with plain cottage cheese and hated them but the chive one and the mustard made a world of difference. Will be making these again tonight I think to go with our chicken casserole :-)xxx
