    Total loss since October 2011 - 35lbs at the end of January 2013 (including a Christmas/New Year gain!)
    JUDDD from 30th January 2013 until end of April
    Atkins from 28th April - hoping to get those pounds moving again!
    Atkins week 1 - 6.2lbs
    Atkins week 2 - 2lbs (Woo hoo, 3 stone gone at last!)
    Atkins week 3 - 1.6lbs

    I made this the other day it was lovely (even though I put too much garlic in) have brought more yoghurt to make diff flavours thank you.

    Put on 7lbs since sept so

    1st goal - to loose that 7lbs which would take me to 11st 9.5lbs - ACHIEVED!!!!!
    2nd goal - loose next 7lbs to get below my lowest sw weight of 11st 3lb (march 2012) - ACHIEVED!!!!
    3rd goal - loose 3.5lb to be 10st something - ACHIEVED!!! 6.5.13
    4th goal - loose 6.5lbs to get to goal of 10st 7lbs

    It worked. I made a garlic black pepper and salt version and I swear it tastes just like black pepper boursin.

    I'd use less salt next time. Seriously good thanks.

    Oh I have just tried this and it is gorgeous! I made mine with fat free fromage frais, garlic and chives, and as I had an unused hex b today, I smothered some wholegrain ryvita with it - yummy!! I made it this morning and by this evening it was 'cooked'...a definite favourite now! The only thing I would do is add a teensy bit more salt to balance the acidity, and hey presto - perfection on a cracker!!
