anyone got any ideas for syn free mince recipe?

hey everyone :)

I joined slimming world 4 weeks ago and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for a syn free recipe that includes mince and is easy enough to cook :)

Extra lean mince is syn free by itself...Just stick some chopped up onion in the pan any other herbs and spices you want and then chuck in the mince :) Add a bit of passata to it

At the same time cook up some pasta. Soon as its cooked throw it all together and enjoy :)

You could also get a couple of wholemeal baps and make some extra lean mince burgers :) Ofc you would have to syn 1 or 2 of the baps depending if you have had your healthy extra :)

To make burgers just defrost the meat, add an egg to help it bind, add any herbs or spices, shape them and then throw them on the pan with some frilight or on a george forman.

Chilli, bolognese, burgers, shepherd's pie, keema curry, meatballs, kebab, kofta, lasagne, moussaka - the list is endless. Just find a recipe you like that includes mince and adapt it to be SW friendly ie use extra lean mince and omit/reduce syn-heavy stuff such as oils, sugars, flour etc.
