Giraffey bananas HELP??!!

Hi all!

I had a bit of a slow banana week and now have four very ripe (aka. giraffey - you know when they start looking like giraffes??) bananas that want using!

Anyone have any Slimming World recipe solutions? I'm thinking some kind of sexy muffin?? :cool:

I peel mine, stick a lolly stick in one end, wrap with cling film and freeze mine . Then eat them frozen.

A SW Consultant I know does this, but first she makes a paste out of options hot chocolate and spreads it on the clingfilm before wrapping it. Not tried it myself though

Ingredients:
[FONT=&quot]200g Quark or fat free cottage cheese[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]200g Fat free Fromage frais[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]1 tsp vanilla extract[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Few drops almond extract[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3 tbsp sweetener[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]12 sponge fingers 1 syn each[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4 ripe bananas[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2 tsp cocoa powder [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]150ml strong coffee[/FONT]

Method: [FONT=&quot]Beat together the quark and the fromage frais, add the vanilla extract. Add the sweetener and stir well. Pour cooled coffee in to a bowl and add a few drops of almond extract.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Dip the fingers briefly into the coffee, layering half of them into the base of an 8x6in dish or individual serving bowls. Top with half the fromage frais mix and then lay the banana slices on top. Add another layer of sponge fingers and top with the rest of the fromage frais mix. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours until ready. Before serving, dust with the cocoa powder.[/FONT]

A lady made this for tasters one week and it was absolutely gorgeous!
