    Liver

    HI All,
    I'm not a great cook, so i'm teaching myself through SW.. I hate doing recipes as per books that then go wrong ...Made Liver Casserole as per sw 100 free original recipes pg 81 & the liver was gorgeous, but all the veg v undercooked..
    so do i cook the veg for a bit beforehand ?
    How Do you cook Liver ???

    Just found your threadl I love liver, quick and easy for straight after work too. Sometimes do pan fried with onions, kebab style salad and sauces in hex b pitta.
