    My KFC style feast

    Made this yummy Kentucky Fried Chicken style feast for all the family today, served it as a platter for us all to dig into and my was it good. Who needs take away's when you can make your own low fat versions?

    I did this at the weekend too.

    10 pieces of chicken with some crispy strips, and sides of fries, barbeque beans (made with diet coke and chinese 5 spice), corn on the cob (with frylight not butter) and homemade coleslaw!!!

    Amazing... I wanted to take a picture but I wanted to eat it more so the moment passed... oh well, I suppose I will just have to make it again

    I had a full on homemade takeaway weekend...Friday was curry, Saturday was KFC and Sunday was McD's (Burger and chips).
    I think I used half a Syn in all of it!!x

    Not to say this recipe isn't great, BUT i got my recipe from a different thread in this section (i think it may be a sticky?) and it had fewer ingredients but tasted fantastic too x Might be worth a try if your struggling with celery seed but want chicken NOW ha xx

    I am going to try this one tho once i have all the ingredients xx

    you should find it in most major supermarkets that have a good spice selection.

    however it will work leaving it out, if you havent got it
