Better to Drink your Syns
My daughter recently went to Girl Guiding Camp, and they made these burgers, she remembered the ingredients, and we made them for dinner last night, and they were really delicious!

Thai Pork Burgers

500g Pork Mince (free if less than 5% fa, synned otherwise)
Small red onion finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Handful of chopped fresh coriander
2 tbls Red Thai Curry Paste (1 syn but depends on brand)
Salt and Black Pepper
Frylight

Soften the red onion in the microwave in a covered bowl, then mIx all ingredients together, and shape into desired size and shape, we made six.

Fry in fry light until golden brown and cooked through.

Syn as per ingredients used, and quantity of burgers made.

Recipe ammended x

These are sooo similar to my Thai Salmon Burgers. Never thought about using mince instead - will give this a go too :)

thanks for sharing these - where do you get the mince from thats 5% or less fat? x

I can't see one in Sainsbury's, the lowest I can find is the BGTY at 6%.

Tesco do Healthy Living at 4.7% and Finest is 3.6%

Cant see one at ASDA.

The NV's tend to change quite frequently so you're better off always checking the NVs before you buy.

Had to find my recipe as we are having these for dinner this evening!...yum, yum;)

We'll be having these tomorrow night, what do you serve yours with? Wholemeal bun and SW wedges? X
