hi all
have a big lump of turkey left over from xmas which i have defrosted (it is already cooked) any ideas on some recipes that will use it up, other half is all for chopping and putting in a curry but i want to do something different with it as well, plus i dont want to eat curry for the following week as it cant be frozen again.

i am going to find the xmas soup and do that and was wondering about a turkey strogg thingy
any suggestions would be good
