    Just made SW quiche for first time! Oh my god it's like heaven!! Yum!! Xxx

    Current weight 13 stone 11lbs

    Total weight lost so far = 1stone, 1.5lb


    Goal weight 10 stone = 4 stone 12.5lb to lose


    Week 1 weigh in = -5.5lb
    Week 2 weigh in = -0.5lb
    Week 3 weigh in = -1.5lb
    Week 4 weigh in = -1.5lb
    Week 5 weigh in = -2.5lb
    Week 6 weigh in = -2lb
    Week 7 weigh in = +1lb
    Week 8 weigh in = -3lb

    It's nice and easy,
    4 eggs
    150g cottage cheese
    42g light cheese (HA)
    Then any veg!
    I usually do onion, mushrooms and ham!
    Put in oven at about 190 for about 30mins or until firm!
