    Hi can anyone tell me how to cook mushrooms so they dont go watery if I bake fry grill water always squirts out when I cut them thanks

    This would all work well as I stuff jacket potatoes with onions mushrooms garlic and quarks. So stuffing a mushroom instead would be no different. Maybe fry the onions garlic and bacon to start then mix in the quark stick it all on the mushroom and bang it in the oven :0) yum
