Thread: Stir fry sauce recipe

Hi all,

I would like to do a stir fry tonight, however I am not very good at coming up with recipes and I can't seem to find a sauce that is free. I need to have it free amily as today both mum and I have been very naughty oooops!

I just add garlic chilli soy and a good pinch of five spice. I just add a ladleful of the rice or noodle water if it's too dry

Thanks I don't think it'll be too dry as I tend to cook with pineapple in juice when it comes to stiffly Ill have to try it

Turns out my local butcher does a stir fry mix which he's made sure is free especially for slimming world members! He also does chicken sausages which he's made sure are tender and no fat in them again for slimming world

Surprisingly he knows a lot about his meat being free and does his best though kinda hard not to when you have like 3 sessions around your business hahahaha
