    Stuffing for Roast Chicken

    Hello,

If I was to do a roast chicken, what would be best to stuff it with?
Pre-SW I would have used skirlie (basically oatmeal, onions, fat and herbs) but that's clearly not the most SW friendly option - Anyone got any better ideas???

    Thanks
    Jenx

I always make a bulgur wheat stuffing? Think there's a recipe on the slimming eats site but it's basically a low syn sausage deskinned, cooked bulgur, onions sage and grated apple. If your stuffing the actual chicken carcass I'd maybe add a good helping of lemon zest and some garlic too?
