Syn free tzatziki recipe

Please can someone give me the recipe for the syn free tzatziki made with Total 0%.

I can't find it anywhere! Thanks in advance

150g total 0% fat Greek yogurt mixed with 2 crushed garlic cloves, pinch of paprika, 1 tsp ground cumin, squeeze of lemon juice, pinch if cayenne pepper, half a diced cucumber and 2 tbsp freshly chopped mint. Add salt and pepper to taste, cover and chill until require and then enjoy!
