    Roast poataoes cooked in oxo

I remember while ago a recipe for roast potatoes cooked in a tray with stock covering the bottom half of the potatoes. At the time I had an actifry so didnt keep the recipe. Unfortuneatly my actitifry has just died so now would like to try this method.
I have tried the search facility but it seemed to bring everything up except roast potatoes.
    Can anyone please help?

Sorry can't help but apparently you can stir chicken stock into mash instead of butter and milk and it's lush !
If doing sw chips or roasties. I just use fry light-but the sunflower version instead of the olive oil one. They seem to crisp up and brown better with that one

U par boil the potatoes shake them up make them rough. Put in roasting tray add oxo cube pour it so it covers the bottom half of the potato. Spray the tips with fry light add salt. Cook at 180 until they have soaked up the oxo and they have gone crispy
