    Quark

    Hi!

I have a tub of quark in my fridge that's going out of date soon.

Any ideas on what I can do with it? I have a few dessert recipes but I was hoping for savory.

you could always do it with some pasta? How about chopping up some mushrooms, bacon (fat removed), onion and a hex a of cheese and mixing the quark in? Then just add it to the pasta as a sort of carbonara type dish?!
