Quick recipe with not many ingredients?

Does anybody have any ideas for quickish meals without loads of ingredients?
My new job means I'm getting in later and when I see a recipe with tons of ingredients it just totally puts me off!
Just need some scrummy hearty meals without a list as long as my arm full off different ingredients.
    Thank you

Why not try things like stir fry or fried rice? You can buy bags of stir fry mix really cheaply to save on chopping LOL.

Try a good pinch of five spice powder and a drop of water? You can use cheat garlic ginger or chilli paste to save messing about oyster sauce is delicious too!!
