Ideas for Middle Eastern mezze, or Spanish tapas?

I've been hankering after a meal like this for aaaages, all spread out on the coffee table in front of a movie...

So far for mezze I've thought of the following:

Houmous (with a fraction of olive oil and tahini but would entail some syns)
    Felafels
Smash coated chunks of aubergine and courgette roasted in oven
Tsatsiki using 0% Total Greek Yoghurt
Aubergine "baba ganoush" (with a fraction of olive oil and tahini but would entail some syns)

    Tapas:

    Albondigas (meatballs in tomato sauce)
    Squid rings done in smash
    Tortilla
    Er.....

    Help :-D

Patatas Bravas would fit in well. Also for flavour I think chorizo is well worth the syns, maybe in the tortilla?

You could just use cabbage leaves and make the filling yourself.
