    Meringue

    Hi all I need some help! I tried making syn free meringue the other day with sweetner instead of sugar and they wouldn't cook! They only went very slight crispy on the outside and were still like fluff in the middle after being in the oven for like 2 hours! Any suggestions on where I went wrong? Not enough sweetner maybe?
