Thread: Christmas Dinner was awesome and 1 syn

Well ive been visiting my parents and as i wont see them at Xmas they decided we should have Xmas Dinner today roast meats all the trimmings with syn free gravy veggies superfree frylite roast parsnips and potatoes and mash made creamy with egg mashed in so syn free meat weight watchers sausages in blankets and the gravy mushrooms onion and bacon fried in frylight then add stock Dinner then blend well and push through a sieve oh it was good the only syn was the 2 ww sausages

sounds great. i like the mashed potato idea, is it just the yolk you put in or the white too?

The whole lot (not Shell tho lol) depending on amount of mash i make i use 2 eggs but I also season with Salt and pepper too but make sure you mash it in whilst the mashed potato Is still hot sometimes i pipe it into swirls and bake in oven for a nice change the edges go all crispy
